Stand for GTA:Online

## ⚠️ DISCLAIMER ⚠️ You currently **CANNOT** play with legit players with **Stand**. You can either play Solo or with other **Stand** users. If you want to do the latter, please read the [PinkEye guide](https://lyrdmods.site/guide?id=42). **Stand** is also only supported in Legacy Edition **NOT ENHANCED**. --- ## What is **Stand**? **Stand** is a long-lasting mod menu for GTA Story Mode and GTA Online. While the **BattlEye™** addition has affected most mod menus, **Stand** is still usable today in both Story Mode and Online, with some caveats. This guide will explain everything — what can be done and what cannot. --- ## How to get **Stand**? Head over to [**Stand's Official Site**](https://stand.sh/) and click **Get Started**. Choose your edition based on what you want to do.  I personally recommend the Regular edition, as it gets the job done and gives you access to the best and most useful features without going all out. You can always upgrade later to Ultimate, for example, at a discounted price. Go through the setup process buying **Stand** and setting up your profile. Useful note: **Save your Stand ID somewhere safe**. --- ## Setting up **Stand** When you initially set up **Stand** on your PC, your browser may block the download, marking it as dangerous. Don’t worry — there’s a workaround, and **Stand** is safe to use and download! First, completely disable **Defender** in your settings and use a browser like Edge to allow the download.  When that is installed, continue reading to find out what to do next. Head over to [the official guide on adding **Stand** as an exclusion](). This guide assumes you are only using **Windows Defender**. If you are using any other antivirus, your experience and method to exclude it may vary. When you are all done, run the Launchpad as administrator and you are good to go! Onto making **Stand** work in GTAV! --- ## Getting **Stand** to work with **BattlEye™** As mentioned on this site and earlier, **BattlEye™** implementation has made it slightly harder to use mod menus but not impossible. Depending on the launcher you use, the technique is slightly different: __For **Rockstar** Launcher:__ - Open **Rockstar** Launcher - Disable **BattlEye™** in the settings.  __For **Steam**:__ - Add ``-nobattleye`` as a launch argument  - Open **Rockstar** Launcher - Disable **BattlEye™** in the settings  ⚠️ This is not a typo, for Steam disable BE on Steam **AND** R* Launcher. ⚠️ __For **Epic Games**:__ - Add ``-nobattleye`` as a launch argument  If you are unsure how to do these steps, check out [this](https://support.wemod.com/docs/how-do-i-add-custom-launch-arguments) **WeMod** article on adding launch arguments for your platform! **Then:** - Open the **Stand** Launchpad - Enable Auto Inject - Select your platform (**Rockstar/Steam/Epic**) & Click launch - Load into Story Mode - [Online>New Session>Create Solo Session](https://stand.sh/focus#Online%3ENew%20Session%3ECreate%20Solo%20Session) Please do note, that to play with legit players, you will need to turn **BattlEye™** back on and not use **Stand**! --- ## Additional Notes - As mentioned previously, **Stand** will not work with legit players, but you can still enjoy the full array of features in a solo session and then carry the progress over to a **GTAO** Legacy Lobby with legit players. - Make sure to turn on auto-inject in **Stand**, otherwise the game might not let you enter a solo session properly. - Another guide will explain how to use **PinkEye™** and play with other **Stand** users in a lobby.
